It splits simple sugars into multisaccharide, evaporates air, increases the volume of the beans ,and builds up CO2.
After roasting, the coffee beans take out CO2 gas for several days. This build-up of CO2 can significantly affect brewing and make it much harder to get a tasty cup. Our energy coffee bean cellar has our proprietary one-way valve caps.
