Description
A one-off home espresso-machine service with a full inspection to maintain performance and coffee quality. The visit takes approximately 1–2 hours.
Service details
- A confirmation is sent after booking. The earliest available appointment is usually 4 days after confirmation, on weekdays between 10 am and 3 pm.
- Service is recommended every 6 months.
What’s included
- Replacement and lubrication of worn parts: group-head gasket, shower screen, and O-rings and seals in the extraction lever, steam wand and water dispenser. Includes group-head backflushing and flushing the steam and water wands.
- A full internal and external inspection, plus extraction tuning. Depending on the model, adjustment includes pressure, temperature and water flow.
Optional add-on
- Descaling with professional-grade solutions removes limescale from the boiler and connected parts. Descaling is an additional service and is not included in the service package.

- Currently available for home users of Rocket Espresso machines: Appartamento, R58 and R 91. Contact us to check eligibility for another model.
