Upon scheduling the service package, a confirmation will be sent to you to verify the service.. Kindly note that the earliest servicing date available is usually 4 days from the confirmation and can only be done on weekdays during our working hours of 10 am -3 pm.

Your espresso machine is valuable. It should always be performing at optimum levels to guarantee the delivery of a clean and neat coffee experience. To ensure that your coffee experience is enjoyable, and the espresso machine is running efficiently, our team of technicians will perform a complete service routine. The single use scheduled service includes a complete 360 inspection of the espresso machine and will take approximately 1 – 2 hours.

Servicing Schedule: We recommend performing the service for your espresso machine every 6 months.

Replacement Parts: The service package includes the replacement and lubrication of worn-out parts. The group-head gasket and shower screen will be replaced. And additional O-rings and seals inside the extraction lever, steam wand and water dispenser will be replaced and lubricated to avoid problems in the future. Further, backflushing the group head and flushing the steam and water wands.

Tuning & Calibration: Our technician will conduct a complete 360 inspection of the machine including the internal and external components of the machine. The technician will also tune the espresso machine for the best extraction. Depending on the model of the espresso machine, this includes pressure, temperature, and water flow.

Descaling & Flushing As an add-on, the technician will recondition the espresso machine by carrying-out a thorough descaling process using professional-grade solutions. This process clears any build-up of limescale inside the machine’s boiler and the linked components. The descaling service is an additional item that is not included in the service package.
